When three friends find a crumbled old love letter, they begin to imagine the story that lies behind it, uncovering the "truth" of a father's hidden life and the betrayals to his family.
Business Card is genre-bending, magical realism short film produced as part of my senior thesis.
FUNDING
The film’s $12,000 budget was achieved through Indiegogo crowdfunding combined with the Elizabeth & John Trudeau PSU film scholarship Lucy was awarded. The film had 9 locations, 32 crew members, 10 cast members, 15 extras, and 20 shoot days.

The original business card that inspired the film!
Found in the Portland State University costume shop in 2022.
Example of an alternate form of fundraising. My college roommate airbrushed shirts and we gave one away in order to raise money for the film.
This method was popular with the youth. Kids on instagram loved this one ;)
